Fikadu Takola undertakes road works as a contractor, from site mobilization through earthworks, drainage, and surfacing, according to the project specification. Because the group also operates transport and equipment rental, material haulage and plant mobilization are planned together with the works program rather than arranged separately. We work from the client's drawings and bill of quantities, report progress at agreed milestones, and document completed work for inspection and handover.
